Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi criticized Bihar Government for their claim that Bihar is shining. He said Bihar is not shining. People had written off Congress in Uttar Pradesh. Nobody was ready to align with us. What we could fight and improve our performance in U.P. with the support of the aam aadmi said Rahul Gandhi. Similarly we want to improve in Bihar too with the support of the people said Rahul Gandhi.
