Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi criticized Bihar Government for their claim that Bihar is shining. He said Bihar is not shining. If Bihar is shining why the people from Bihar go to Maharashtra, Delhi etc. searching for job. Rahul Gandhi questioned the NDA ideology citing Gujarat genocide. Why Bihar Government did not question BJP on Gujarat incident, he asked. Congress aims for development and want to bring changes in Bihar, aid Rahul Gandhi.
