Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi criticized Bihar Government for their claim that Bihar is shining. He said Bihar is not shining. If Bihar is shining why the people from Bihar go to Maharashtra, Delhi etc. searching for job. People from Bihar build stadium in Delhi for Common Wealth etc. If Bihar is shining why this thing happens? Asked Rahul Gandhi. Nitish Kumar should answer this, why people from his state migrate to other places, asserted Rahul Gandhi.
