Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi addressed students in a NSUI function. Learning English is also important along with our national language said Rahul Gandhi. For the better future English is also needed. NSUI also should be aware of this. NSUI has clear cut policies and strategies and we should implement those properly said Rahul Gandhi.
