Rahul Gandhi urges youth to fight against corruption

Congress (I) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has urged the youth of the country to fight against corruption which has distorted the economics of the country and has been hitting hard the common man. While addressing the delegates of Indian Youth Congress recently in New Delhi, Rahul Gandhi said present system in political parties does not take into account aspirations of the youth nor does it allows their free and fair entry into politics.  This has deprived the youth a positive role in national politics.  Therefore there is need for youth to come forward to fight the corruption by entering into national politics. Congress (I) has already done this by introducing internal elections in 22 states.  Introducing internal elections was a big step towards fighting corruption at party level.  The youth who have come up the party ladder through merit after democratic elections are dedicated and ready to take on bigger challenge to fight corruption at national level, said Rahul Gandhi.
