Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi kick-started party’s poll campaign in Delhi by addressing a huge election rally at Mangolpuri. While speaking on the occasion, he showered praises on Congress government in Delhi led by Sheila Dixit and said that the Congress govt has transformed the state in the past 15 years. “The shining Metro in Delhi has become a model for others” he said.
