Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed Congress election rally in Bangalore, Karnataka. While speaking to the crowd he lashed out opposition by saying BJP forgot about the development of the state and started looting the public here. "BJPs three MLAs and two MPs are still in jail on the charges of corruption," said Rahul Gandhi.
