"I don't make promises every day. When I make a promise I deliver that promise. My promise is this that Congress party is going to help the state of Seemandhra becomes the most developed state in the country," said Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi. While addressing a huge rally at Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh he also said, "Whatever assistance Seemandhra needs Congress party will provide help to the state."
